ECW-50 Curtain Wall Using The Stick System

The ECW-50 aluminium curtain wall system provides a versatile façade solution for an endless variety of project designs. The 50mm stick curtain wall allows for large expanses of glass to be incorporated into the design to maximise natural light entry into the building interior.

The ECW-50 curtain wall system can accommodate a maximum glazing size of 46mm. It can feature a selection of window and door inserts and each section incorporates polyamide thermal breaks into the design for improved energy efficiency performance. It is compatible with all KWS window systems and KSF commercial door systems and features an innovative gasket design for ease of glazing.

The KLW aluminium curtain wall system is high performing and attractive. Its slim profile sections maximise the glazed areas to create a visually impressive building façade. 28mm double glazing is used as standard to optimise thermal performance and the system is fully compatible with all Exlabesa window and door systems.

Versatility is at the heart of the KLW facited curtain wall system’s design. All mullion and transom sections are completely interchangeable to reduce wastage and maximise design flexibility. It can accommodate facets of between 30 and 60 degrees because of its adjustable split mullion profiles and for a quick and hassle-free installation, the system can be manufactured in ‘ladder’ form for on-site clip-on installation. With square cut and screw ported 50mm face sections, fabrication is simplified to allow for an extensive range of building designs to be used.
